VIETNAM 2017 - DAY 1
Finally, first trip with the RP mates!! And.. BACK TO HCMC! This trip made me like the city a little more than I did previously! The things I did was soooo different and I had so much fun!
So.. we booked an early morning flight and call time was... 5am.
Only some pictures off IG story cause.. so early.
To the boarding gate!!
And.. we have arrived! Hahahah! It was sooo early but the queue at immigration was shockingly slow. It wasn't even crowded. We had to reach the place at 11/11.30am and I think we only left the airport at around 9.45am? Drama at the airport cause.. there were many many touters for transfer. We wanted to depend on Grabcar only. But the guy offered like lesser than Grabcar so.. ok. But we didn't have small change for the toll fee so the driver CHASED US DOWN HIS CAR -.- And told us to take a bus instead cause cheaper. WTF. Somemore he couldn't tell us exactly how much he needed for the toll fee hahahahah so embarrassing!! So.. we booked a Grabcar in the end. And the driver chat me up in.. VIETNAMESE -.- We had to stand still so that the driver could locate us through the GPS hahahahahahah omgg.
FINALLY ARRIVED AT OUR DESTINATION! District 1 backpackers street! To board our bus to Mui Ne!!
Bus was more comfortable than I had imagine.
REST STOP!

Room in Mui Ne! Was nice and big and near the Red Sand Dunes. BUT FAR FROM EVERYTHING ELSE!

Our resort also had a private beach! The sand was soooo soft!! And water so clear.
After a lot of camwhoring at the beach (like never been to a beach before like that), we left for Red Sand Dunes for sunset!
This was the only place for food with customers!

After another session of photo taking, TIME FOR DINNER!!

And the food turn out to be good and SUPER CHEAP!! All this for just SGD23! Along with a bottle of beer and glass of white wine.
And that... was the end of day 1.
