He cares when it concerns a lot of people or even, the country.
But in your case, it’s not country, let’s talk about friends instead.

Even more recent, the Kimberly and her friends thing.
Seriously, I have nothing against her la. & we were just standing at the stairs, talking and doing things but we heard them talking so loudly so we wanted to know what happen.
But you, Superwoman WANNA-BE just have to go tell them we’re listening to their conversation.

& for your information, normal human reaction when hearing people talking loudly, the first thing human would ask is, ‘what happen ah?’ unless, they’re deaf of course.
& I remember going up to second level & when I was walking down and you’re at the end, I remembered you saying loudly ‘kua si mi?’ [in english, see what see?]
